  • Basic Diagnostics: $30 – $60
    Includes virus scans, memory cleanup, and basic troubleshooting.

  • Advanced Diagnostics: $60 – $120
    Includes full troubleshooting, feasibility assessments, and data recovery evaluation.

  • Hourly Repair Rate: $45 – $80/hr
    Applied in addition to diagnostics. Rounded to nearest hour.

🖥️ PC Maintenance & Cleaning

  • Standard PC Maintenance: $90
    Full dust removal, partial disassembly, CPU repaste (Noctua NT-H1).

    • Heavily soiled/stained PCs: $150 base.

    • Over 4 hours: +$45/hr.

  • DragonStone PC Maintenance (for DragonStone-built PCs): $30 – $50
    Discounted rates for our builds. +$45/hr if over 4 hours.

  • GPU Repasting & Cleaning: $200
    Full disassembly, thermal pad replacement, deep cleaning.

⚙️ Software & Optimization

  • Computer Tune-Up (Software Optimization): $50 – $80
    Includes driver updates, system tuning, Fan Control, BIOS optimization.

    • After 2 hours: +$35/hr.

    • Virus/rootkit issues: +$30.

  • Virus/Malware Removal: $40 – $175
    Best-effort service; full removal not guaranteed.

  • Software Installation/Configuration: $20+
    Basic installation; licensing/configuration may add costs.

  • Data Transfer: $20 + $15/hr
    Charged by the hour, rounded to the nearest full hour.

💾 Data Recovery

  • Data Recovery Assessment: $60 – $120 (Advanced Diagnostic Fee)

  • Standard Recovery: ~ $200 + assessment fee
    Logical failures, partition recovery, accidental deletion.

  • Storage Media: Client must provide external drive, or purchase from us (e.g., 500GB SSD $35).

💧 Custom Water Cooling

DragonStone Technologies provides videography services for personal, creative, and commercial projects. At this stage, videography is offered as raw footage delivery only (unedited files in client-specified format, typically MP4 or MOV). Clients must provide a suitable external storage device for file transfer, or purchase one from us.

Private Videography (Local Clients)

For personal projects such as birthdays, family gatherings, casual events.

  • Base Session Fee: $75 (includes up to 1 hour on-site)

  • Hourly Rate (shooting): $40/hr after the first hour

  • Raw Footage Delivery: $40 flat fee (5–10 day turnaround)

Premium Videography (Creative & Tech-Focused)

For clients seeking advanced creative video captures such as timelapses, astrophotography sequences, or tech showcases.

  • Base Project Fee: $125

  • Hourly Rate (shooting): $55/hr

  • Raw Footage Delivery: $60 flat fee (7–12 day turnaround, may vary with file size)

  • Note: Advanced stabilization (e.g., gimbal work) is not currently offered.

Commercial Videography (Businesses & Organizations)

For companies or organizations needing raw video assets for branding, training, or promotional use.

  • Consultation & Planning Fee: $150 (applied toward final cost if project proceeds)

  • Hourly Rate (shooting): $65–90/hr depending on complexity

  • Raw Footage Delivery: $100+ flat fee (10–14 day turnaround; pricing may vary by project scale and storage requirements)

  • Licensing rights and usage terms will be outlined in the signed invoice or service agreement.
